This full-day workshop will provide you with the basics of verbal and non-verbal de-escalation techniques in dealing with aggressive and disruptive behavior. This course is designed for those who are not currently certified. At the end of this training you will be issued a Blue Card of certification in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention with CPI. CPDU’s available.
